Dakota Chapter Meetings

The Dakota Chapter meets annually to exchange scientific information, debate current issues affecting the fishery resource, and conduct chapter business.  The chapter also exchanges information through a newsletter published three times per year.  Continuing education activities conducted at annual meetings are a vital function of the chapter, as we strive to update the knowledge level of chapter members.

The Dakota Chapter pursues a wide range of activities involving the fisheries resource, including general environmental concerns.  The Chapter uses letters, resolutions, position papers, legislative socials, and expert testimony to support rational resource management.
